Horizon Home Healthcare Services began its journey in Dayton, Ohio, inspired by a deep passion for helping vulnerable populations and improving access to reliable, compassionate care. What started as a small, mission-driven agency quickly grew as families shared their positive experiences and trusted us with the care of their loved ones. Through their support, we expanded our services into Cincinnati, allowing us to reach more homes and make a meaningful impact across Southwest Ohio.
